LJ School of Applied Sciences, Ahmedabad Fees 2026

I am studying bsc in Biotechnology from this collage because I have interest in genetics and Healthcare related sectors ,the teachers are really supportive and giving good quality of education but I don't think so the the circulam is updated as its more theory based and in Biotechnology field their is more lap based skills required and modern techniques so I don't think the circulam is ready for job ready or for industries

"LJSAS has very good infrastructure and its has spacious classroom with proper ventilation and has great lab facility and library and each classroom have projector for great learning experience and its also have neat and clean rest room."

My campus life is really amazing as it organize sports both indoor and outdoor like chess,carom, kabadi, football, basketball, volleyball, cricket and it also organize fest,kalaanjali and fashion show ,traditional days etc Students are friendly, teachers are supportive my campus location is in sarkhej and it is a safe location

I am really not depending on this collage for any placement as it have heart from seniors that for GU students its very difficult to get a good placement after bsc and very less company vist this campus for placement

Academics at LJ University for B.Sc. feels quite structured, but not in a suffocating way. The syllabus is mostly aligned with what you’d expect from a typical university, covering the basics properly while still leaving room for practical understanding. Some subjects can feel a bit theory-heavy, but if you pay attention in class, it’s manageable. The faculty plays a big role here. Most professors are approachable and explain concepts in a way that actually makes sense, especially during practical sessions. They’re open to clearing doubts, even outside lectures, which helps a lot during exams. Of course, like any college, teaching styles vary from one faculty member to another, so your experience can differ slightly.

The B.Sc. building at LJ University has a pretty balanced mix of functionality and comfort. It’s not overly fancy, but it gives a clean and organized vibe that actually helps you focus on studies. The classrooms are spacious enough, with decent lighting and ventilation, which makes long lectures a bit more bearable. The seating arrangement is simple but practical, and most rooms are well-maintained. One thing that stands out is the lab infrastructure. The chemistry labs, in particular, are properly equipped for regular practicals, and safety measures are taken seriously, which is a big plus. Everything is arranged in a way that students can work comfortably without feeling too crowded.

College life here isn’t flashy, but it has its own spark unexpected laughs between lectures, spontaneous plans, and moments that break the routine. It’s simple on the surface, yet surprisingly lively underneath.

I’m still in second sem, so I don’t have full exposure to placements yet, but from what seniors say, opportunities are decent if you stay consistent. It seems more about your skills and effort than just the college name.

For the fees, it feels reasonably worth it. You get good labs, a clean campus, and decent academic support. It may not be exceptional, but overall it balances cost and quality pretty well.

" Quality of teaching is good, faculties are supportive, is always answerable to students in all situations, is very helpful, available for the students, is very professional, but some faculties are less experienced and usually student faces the problem of miscommunication with teachers".
