The infrastructure at Lord Universal College is actually quite good. The classrooms are clean and have enough space for everyone plus most of them have projectors which makes lectures easier to follow. Since I am a Microbiology student, I spend a lot of time in the labs, and they are well-equipped with everything we need for our practical exams. The library is a very peaceful place to sit and study between classes, and they have a good collection of books. Overall, the campus is well-maintained and comfortable

I am currently a second-year BSc Microbiology student here. The teaching quality is really good, and the professors explain even difficult topics like genetics in a way that is easy to understand. The curriculum feels very updated because we don't just stick to books we also do assignments and go on field visits. For example, our recent visit to Sahyadri Farms was a great experience that helped us see how microbiology works in the real world. These practical lessons and regular viva exams definitely help in making us feel more prepared for the future

The placement cell at our college is quite helpful and they regularly share information about job openings and internships. Since I am in my second year, I have already started looking into part-time work or internships related to microbiology to get some early experience. While most of the big placements happen in the final year, the college does a good job of preparing us through group discussions and mock interviews in our Business Communication classes. It makes the whole process feel less stressful for us students.
