LPU Online Placements 2025: Highest Package, Average Package, Top Recruiters

LPU Online offers placement support to students to enhance their capabilities as per the career requirements. According to the LPU Online annual report 2024-25, a total of 198 recruitment initiatives (117 placement drives and 81 internship drives) were conducted by the university through a well-balanced mix of virtual platforms, on-campus interactions, and offsite venues, all thoughtfully curated to open up robust career opportunities for students enrolled in online learning (OL) programmes.

The LPU Online placement drives attracted participation from a diverse set of organisations, including Policy Bazaar, Chetu Inc., Aspire Doors and Windows, The Skillians, Speak Desk Pvt. Ltd., Jaro Education, Tag Vacation India Limited, Skillumni, TTEC, Leverage Edu, Intellipaat, Vidhyashala, and Cognizen Innovations, among others.

• For the academic year 2024-25, the average package stood at Rs 3 LPA.
• According to the latest placement data available, 82 students secured an internship at Agile Capital Services, followed by 78 students at Insplore Consultants, and 47 students at Heleum.
• 3 students availed a package of Rs 5.1 LPA from Zunpulse
• 1 student secured a package of Rs 4.56 LPA from Profession Hike, and another student availed a placement package of Rs 4.2 LPA from Webmart India. 
• Apart from that, 5 students have availed a package of Rs 4 LPA each from Thrive Co. and Corizo. 

The Placement Enhancement Program (PEP) at LPU Online aims to help students find career opportunities after the completion of their online degrees. The university's placement services include industry-readiness sessions, skill assessments, mock interviews, career-oriented workshops, and resume-building.
