The college has a boy’s hostel facility which provides good hostel accommodation for the students.

The college has a functional Millar Memorial Library was founded in 1863 and since then upgraded many times. There is a separate reading room available other than the common reading area. The record of books and other reading material is maintained in the library. Resources like e-books, e-journal are available in the library. The library is registered with N-list. The library is a constituent member of the DELNET.

The college has excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students.

The college has an auditorium facility for events and seminar.

The MCC Alumni Association, known as “Christian College Day Association” was formed in 1891 and is the oldest of its kind in India. In December 1963, the Association implemented a new constitution and changed its name to “Alumni Association” with the stated objectives of the development of the College and fostering of cultural and social interests of the alumni through meetings and publications. The Alumni and Public Relations Office was set up in 1962 and it looks after the activities of the Association. Over the years, the Association has supported many noble causes in the College including the construction of the Devanesen Memorial theatre, the Miller Memorial Library, the International Guest House, the C. A. Abraham Pavilion and the compound wall. Today, the association has 22 chapters in India and 11 chapters in other parts of the world.

The Madras Christian College laboratories are well maintained to all the necessary apparatus. All the labs have an air conditioning facility available. It provides facilities for research and experimental skill development from a fundamental level.

At Madras Christian College Chennai there are various sports activities that students can participate in. There is an infrastructure for sports like synthetic badminton court, football field, cemented basketball court and a boxing ring. Students also actively participate in various track field activities.
