The college has a boys’ hostel facility which provides good hostel accommodation for the students. The students are given freedom in running the Hostel mess, by forming various committees. The mess bill is prepared by the student's committee by way of dividing the system. Facilities are as follows- Good Drinking Water, Newspapers, Weekly Magazines, TV and Play materials, Twin sharing room with individual cot / Individual rooms. Wifi facilities.

The college has a health center with a first aid facility for the students. Rooms are equipped with first aid boxes and sanitary napkins.

The College gym facility is available on the campus with separate timings for boys and girls.

The college library functions with all modern facilities, which fulfill the needs of the students in the latest developments in the different areas of study. The library has a various collection of books and journals. We are following the Open Access Systems for the convenience of users.  

The college has both indoor and outdoor sports facilities. The indoor sports cum auditorium with a built-up area of 7576 sq. ft is utilized by the students to play badminton, volleyball, table tennis, carom, and chess. The college grounds are also used for outdoor sports and games. The events like Shot-put, Handball, Kabaddi, Cricket, Ring ball, Kho–kho, etc are played outdoors. The students are provided with adequate support like, such as on-duty leave and travel allowance, to participate in sports and games events outside. The student representing the institution is given a pair of dresses and a sports kit.

A well-equipped Computer Lab facility with all the students is available in the campus for improving their technical skills.

The College canteen facility is available inside the campus at a subsidized rate.

The college has an auditorium facility for events and seminars.

The Alumni Association of Madurai Institute of Social Sciences was formed in 1986. It meets once a year, which is on 2nd October, the foundation day of the college. The Alumni Association has chapters, namely Madurai, Chennai, and Bangalore. The Alumni who work in various places come together and contribute to the development of the college by planning and participating in the Annual General Body meeting. Apart from this common meet, chapter-wise Alumni gathering takes place in respective areas.

The college has a department-based laboratory facility for the students.

The college has a guest house/waiting room facility for visiting faculty and student family members.

The campus is covered with Wi-Fi facilities with 8 MBPS bandwidth. Internet facilities for all the students are free of cost.

The college has a 40-seated bus used for outreach activities, industrial visits, etc.

The college has Extra-Curricular activity facilities for all students.

The college has a Training and Placement facility for all students.
