MIPS Ujjain Placements are managed by the training and placement cell of MIPS Ujjain. For the Mahakal group of institutions, the cell manages a centralised placement cell. To arrange placement drives at the institute, it communicates with businesses. Similarly, it trains students in soft skills and provides career counselling to enhance the professional skills of students.
The Mahakal Group of Institutions placement cell has a strong connection with more than 15,000 alumni and diverse industries. Nearly 100 businesses come to the campus each year to conduct recruitment. It has signed MoUs for research and employment with some companies such as TCS, IBM, HCL, and cocubes.com.
