The college provides a hostel for Boys with fifteen well-furnished rooms, which is a timely help for students who come from distant regions. The infrastructure of the hostel provides facilities like a study hall, a prayer hall, a dining room, and a spacious kitchen. The hostel building is situated just fifty meters away from the college.

The college has a well-stocked college library housed in a spacious building where over ten thousand books and reference books cater to the scholarly needs of the discerning student committee. Also, to update day-to-day events at national and international levels, newspapers in Malayalam and English, and many periodicals are available. Journals related to Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, and Commerce are also purchased for scholars who aspire to scale the heights of knowledge in different disciplines. There is a separate reading room for the students and staff of the college

The college has a playground where students can practice different sports and game items like athletics, football, softball, handball, volleyball, kabaddi,kho-kho, badminton, cricket, etc.

The college has three IT labs installed with eighty state-of-the-art computer systems for the timely and immediate use of students and staff alike. A Broadband internet facility is at the disposal of the students to access the information superhighway so that they can always update the current developments in the field. These facilities help the students to gain hands-on experience with the latest software emerging in the ever-expanding field of information technology.

The college has a canteen functioning in a separate building from where the students and the staff can have food that is hygienic, nutritious, and tasty at a reasonable and reduced rate. There are separate dining rooms for the students and the staff.

The college has one main auditorium, which is spacious and well-ventilated with a seating arrangement for over six hundred people. It is installed with a state-of-the-art sound system and supported by an acoustically designed standby generator. An open-air auditorium having space for accommodating around three thousand people is meant for outdoor programs and functions, which can be conducted.

The college has Mahatma Gandhi College, Iritty witnessed the noble realization of the long-cherished dream of forming a platform for the old students to come together on February 28, 2003. It was presumed by the alumni to extend help to each other and also to inspire, enlighten and motivate the students of the college. With this purpose in mind, we have launched a few projects, within and outside the college. At the outset, the scribing of the golden history of our alumni commenced with a get-together in the academic year 2003-04, on the initiative of a group of former students. It was a grand success with over 200 students participating with all vivacity and vigor to initiate a profound and edifying mission as this.

The college has a store from which students can purchase textbooks, notebooks, and stationery items. Also, there is a reprographic center attached to the college store so that students can have photocopies of books and study materials.

The college has a parking space facility for its faculty, staff, and students.

The college has a spacious and well-equipped Physics lab that enables each student who opts for the BSc Physics program to gain the proper and adequate exposure to the world of experimental physics, which, in turn, enables many of the alumni of the department to secure admission to prestigious Central universities and premier institutions for higher studies. The solid base gained in experimental physics from the lab enabled them to pursue doctoral research in some of the well-known foreign universities.
