Economics is one of the oldest departments of this college. It started functioning in 1948. It offers both undergraduate and postgraduate courses in economics. There are five permanent faculty members in the department. Among them two hold PhD and others are pursuing research. The project works undertaken by the faculty members add to the credit of the department.
Eligibility Criteria
A person, who have passed Higher Secondary/Intermediate (10+2) any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto, shall be eligible for the course.
