General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) is a three-year full-time diploma program offered by Mahendra Gayatri School of Nursing, Bareilly, and approved by the Indian Nursing Council (INC).


Eligibility Criteria

  • 10+2 with English & must have obtained a minimum of 40% at the qualifying examination & English individually from any recognized board.
  • Candidates are also eligible for State Open School recognized by the State Government and the National Institute of Open School (NIOS) recognized by the Central Government. However, Science is preferable.
  • 10+2 with English having 40% of marks in vocational Stream-Health care Science from a recognized CBSE board/State/Centre.
  • Registered ANM with passing marks.
  • Students should be medically fit.
  • Students shall be admitted once a year.
  • Age Should be completed 17 years (as on 31 December Of that year). The upper age limit is 35 Years For G.N.M
