Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Anaesthesia Operation Theatre Techniques is a four-Years Full-Time undergraduate course and offered by Manipal Academy of Higher Education, Manipal.

After completion of the course Bachelor of Science in Anaesthesia and operation theatre technology , the individual will find a challenging career in a hospital, nursing homes, trauma/emergency centers, Intensive Care units, CSSD etc. Graduates are eligible for employment overseas where their qualifications, training and experience are highly regarded. With further experience, graduates may be employed by medical equipment manufacturers and development specialists

Eligibility Criteria

Indian Boards:

Pass in 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, English, and Biology from a recognized Board, with minimum 50% aggregate marks in PCB

A level -

Physics, Chemistry and Biology with at least 2 subjects amongst PCB at ‘A’ level and third subject at ‘A’ level / ‘AS’ level and •
English at ‘AS’ level OR Minimum 5 passes at IGCSE/ GCSE or GCE ‘O’ level examinations including English • Minimum requirement is an average of ‘D’ grade in PCB

IB $ :

English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology
IB Diploma or IB Certificate with Average of 4 points in PCB and overall minimum of 24 points
Minimum points required in a subject are 3 or above
Minimum 3 subjects in HL and 3 subjects in SL
Minimum two Science subjects in HL
Third Science subject and English can be at HL or SL
