    Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Respiratory Therapy Lateral Entry is a three-Years Full-Time Undergraduate course and offered by Manipal Academy of Higher Education, Manipal.

    BSc Respiratory Therapy (BSc RT) was started in 1995 by School of Allied Health Sciences, Manipal. The program was established under the initial guidance and direction from the School of Allied Health Professions, Loma Linda University, California, USA. SOAHS initiated this 4-year degree course consisting of 3 years of course work and 1 year of clinical rotations (internship).


    Eligibility Criteria

    BSc RT: 2 years’ diploma in Respiratory Therapy from a State Board after 10+2 with 50% marks in aggregate in Diploma and at least 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology in 10+2 OR 3 years of Diploma in Respiratory Therapy from a State Board with 50% aggregate marks after 10th Std
