Mata Sahib Kaur Girls College, Bathinda Facilities Details: Hostel, Campus, Infrastructure, Library, Canteen

The college has a hostel with modern facilities for the accommodation of girls students from far-flung areas. Students are given a home-like atmosphere. Indoor and outdoor games are provided for the students. Hostlers givenwith grace by the presence of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji, to teach the value of spirituality.

The college has a library facility for all students. The College was brought into being in July 1997 by the then SGPC President Jathedar Sardar Gurcharan Singh Tohra to impart education to rural girls of the Talwandi Sabo area. The college is named after the revered mother of Khalsa Panth, Mata Sahib Kaur Ji.  

The college has Sports is very important for the all-round development of students. The College has an open and spacious sports stadium. Games like Volleyball, Badminton, Kho-kho, table tennis, Athletics, and other sports are available.  

The college has an excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students.

The College has a well-connected transport service for the students from the adjacent areas. A sufficient number of buses has been arranged to ferry students from within a radius of 30 km.   

The College has a well-furnished canteen with a separate seating arrangement for staff and students. It provides all types of snacks, soft drinks, and meals at subsidized rates.

The college has a health center with a first aid facility for the students.

The college has Mata Sahib Kaur Girls College Old Students Association was established to foster a spirit of loyalty and to promote the General Welfare of this (Mata Sahib Kaur Girls College) institution. Its purpose is to support the goals and strengthen the ties between alumni, the community, and the institution. We invite all the old students to become members of this association.
