1. Prepare a list of college you wish to fill.

2. Sort the branches in each college 

3. Note down the approximate cutoff of each branch from past year's trend. 

4. Now arrange them as per the cutoffs

I am really sorry but you have very less chance of getting a college. However, fill the preferences as you want it to be beacause the counseling process can be very unpredicatble at times. Don't lose hope but keep loking for other options aswell.

You only get a JEE MAIN rank (CRL and Category) and you get a JEE ADVANCED rank (CRL and Category).

Sorry but you wouldn't get any NIT with this rank.

As per your rank and previous year cutoff, the colleges you get are:-

as you secured a rank of 131775 it is ok

so you can particiapte in the JOSAA-2019  counselling

but the seat accomadation would be a diffucult task as the

competition will be at peaks in the seats accomdation

but try for the seat accodamation try for it

I see that you have got 7000 rank in jee mains in obc category. It's a good rank but it is not so good it willget a seat in nit warangal ,oobviously not. Even you were hs quota , then als it was not possible.
