so you can particiapte in the JOSAA-2019  counselling

but the seat accomadation would be a diffucult task as the

competition will be at peaks in the seats accomdation

I see that you have got 7000 rank in jee mains in obc category. It's a good rank but it is not so good it willget a seat in nit warangal ,oobviously not. Even you were hs quota , then als it was not possible.
