I have score 88.34 percentile in jee main and my rank is 131775 which college may I get through josaa?

I regret to inform that with your rank, it is not possible to get into top NITs. However, depending on your home state, and if you have a catergory rank, it is possible to get into NITs like NIT Goa, NIT Nagaland
For example, if you have GO quota, the closing rank of NIT Goa Civil Engineering is 2,32,709. Similarly, some NITs have a very high closing rank given you have category rank or home quota, you will definitey get into an NIT.

as you secured a rank of 131775 it is ok
so you can particiapte in the JOSAA-2019 counselling
but the seat accomadation would be a diffucult task as the
competition will be at peaks in the seats accomdation
but try for the seat accodamation try for it
