Hello,
Since, your jee mains percentile score is below the cutoff of OBC NCL list, so you are not eligible for applying in JOSAA counselling.But you do have chances of getting admission in private colleges through state counselling like GIET,NIST,etc.

JoSSA elgibility criteria requires

~ 75% aggregate marks in inter Or +2

~ need to qualify Jee mains/advanced

And the cutoffs are:

General -- 78.1

OBC -- 74.3

SC -- 54.0

ST -- 44.3

PWD -- 0.11

Hello Gunasekaran. Despite that you are eligible for JEE Advance Exam or not , you can apply for kosam counselling and you can fill only the NIT's , IIIT's and GFTI's in the choice filling process. If you had been eligible for JEE Advance then you can also apply for

sorry to say priyansi but with this rank and score you cannot get any nit college in india and so filling josaa councelling is just a waste of time and money but it rank their is a chance you can get government college but you cannot get into any good

Hey participation in JOSAA counselling is based on your eligibility and for being eligible for JoSAA counselling 2019 you need to ckear JEE Mains 2019 cutoff which was 89 percentile for general category. If you have cleared JEE Mains cutoff then you can definitely apply for JoSAA counselling.

Hello

There is no registration fee josaa councilling but for seat acceptance you have to pay acceptance fee. Last year what I remember fee is nearly 15000 for seat acceptance .
But for further rounds it will be higher
And for special round they take more fee
