My percentile is 61.8797400 . Can i apply for josaa counselling. I am an obc candidate

Hey Rosy, hope you are doing well. As long as you have atleast 75% in 10+2 boards, you can definitely apply for JoSAA counseling. But as you have less percentile, the result might not be in your favour as the cutoffs are generally too high. Nevertheless you can try for this counseling process. You can try for other private colleges which accept the JEE Mains score. Hope it helps!! Good luck!!
