The College departmental libraries, and the Institute has a central library with a book bank facility. The library assets are getting enriched regularly. There is a wide range of books, periodicals, journals, theses, microfilms, and compact discs available in the library. To avail library facilities, a student has to abide by the rules of the institute.

The College degree course in pharmacy requires laboratory work to complement theory lectures. The institute has state-of-the-art laboratories for all the disciplines of pharmacy. They are specially designed to provide optimum space, light, and working ease to each student.

The College, residing in a Boys' hostel, provides students with the opportunity to experience living in a community dedicated to the academic and personal development of individual members. Hostel accommodation is available to all the students. We have separate hostel facilities for boys. To provide an environment conducive to academic and personal development, a code of conduct & norms are enforced for all residents of the hostel.

The College has a sports department that organizes sports activities within the institute and without. Outdoor games like Volleyball, Cricket, Badminton, etc, are complemented by indoor games like Carrom, Chess, Table Tennis, etc. The students of HI-PER organize seminars, festivals, workshops, cultural activities, etc. under the aegis of the Pharmaceutical Society. New students also get a chance to integrate with existing students to make a healthy and creative ambiance on the campus.

The College bus is available as conveyance covering all the major routes in Varanasi.

The College has a 1600 sq ft, fully air-conditioned, well-equipped, cutting-edge, multi-lab Computer Center consisting of Core 2 Duo workstations in the ratio of 1:1. A high-end IBM Server with Windows. LAN connectivity through structured cabling. Round-the-clock Internet Connectivity through Ba roadband connection of up to 2 Mbps.

The college also provides good classroom facilities for all the students.
