The College has a medical centre inside the campus with nurses and a doctor who visits campus weekly and during emergencies. The college also has a first aid facility.

The college provides indoor and outdoor sports facilities for students to help them maintain their physical fitness. Sports facilities include table tennis, carom, basketball, volleyball, tennis and badminton courts. 

The college has excellent IT Infrastructure facilities for the students. The computer laboratory is equipped with multiple computers that can be used by students for online learning, making PowerPoint Presentations, practicing Microsoft Office, and preparing their assignments. Students also make their project reports on the computers. Specialized software is installed on the computers for preparing different structures for the students.

The College canteen serves students good quality food at reasonable rates. There are a varied range of snacks and meals to choose from and students, staff, and faculty can enjoy wholesome food.

The College has a spacious and well-equipped auditorium inside the campus. The auditorium is used to conduct various events, workshops, conferences, functions, and many other things.

The College has A separate alumni cell to maintain the entire profile of each pass-out student of every batch. Every year one alumni meeting and get-together is arranged to exchange views knowledge and recommendations given by the alumni members for the overall development of MGI. The members of the alumni are invited to deliver expert lectures, conduct workshops, and seminars to update the student's knowledge and employment potential. Alumni organization offers special opportunities to influence the experience of prospective and current college students.

The college has a department-based laboratory facility for the students. The Pharmaceutical Chemistry Laboratory is well-equipped with all the glassware, instruments, chemicals, solvents, and various analytical reagents. Students perform different practicals in which they analyze various drugs, formulations, assays, and other chemical Volumetric and Gravimetric analyses as per the pharmacopeia official monographs. 

The College has Motive of the placement cell is to act as a facilitator to arrange campus visits and coordinate the recruitment process of the prospective employers of graduating students of the college.
