    It's not a matter, Where you have stayed for few least years

    What matters is your state of domicile and where have you you done your 12th and 10th

    For All India Quota, it's not a problem, you can easily go for counselling

    If 15851 is your SC category rank there is no chance for you to get into any government college. You should opt for private engineering colleges.
