A CLS CUSAT Kochi rank list will be generated of the qualified candidates on the portal. Selected candidates should proceed with document verification.
After successful completion of document verification and payment of admission fees, candidates are granted SLC CUSAT Kochi admission.
The Departmental Admission Test (DAT) for the SLS CUSAT PhD course consists of a written test and an interview. For DAT-qualified candidates, the rank list is made on the following basis- 50% for written tests, 30% for master’s degree, 20% for interview and 10 marks for qualifying NET/GATE or similar exams.

Candidates must meet the SLS CUSAT PhD eligibility criteria and fill out the School of Legal Studies (SLS) application form online. (The application fee is Rs 1200 (Rs 600 for Kerala SC/ST candidates).
Candidates must take the Common Admission Test (CAT) for admission to the PhD programme.
The selection process for the SLS CUSAT PhD course consists of a written test followed by an interview conducted by the concerned department.
Candidates who have qualified for NET/GATE or similar exams, or have received fellowships from agencies like UGC/ AICTE/ CSIR are not required to take the entrance test.
A rank list will be prepared and qualified candidates will be given provisional admission. Then, candidates are required to get their documents verified and pay the admission fee to confirm admission.
