As you told that your rank is 11232 OBC ncl category and 43075 is crl. As last year cut off of Nit Warangal your rank is few less .

If you go through csab counseling just after the josaa counseling then there are more chances to get Nit Warangal.

The chances are higher if you go for state quota counselling and they are even higher if you have a domicile of states like West Bengal, Goa, Karnataka, Maharashtra etc though chances are
