For claiming SC reservation you will have to make your caste certificate from your tehsil or sdm office. For claiming reservation in AIQ you will have to produce Central castes certificate which also you will get from SDM office. There is just minor differences of format in both

Coming to your question, You need to belong to and Scheduled caste should be able to produce the caste certificate to prove the same in order to be able to apply for the reservation in NEET AIQ.
