Eligibility Criteria
- A student passing the Higher Secondary Certificate (10+2) Examination or any other examination (with at least 45% Marks) recognised as equivalent to that of the H.S.C. examination by Shivaji University is eligible for admission to the First year of this Course.
- A relaxation of 5% marks in the qualifying examination is provided in favour of SC/ST category students.
- For the OBC category and others minimum of 42% marks is essential. Additionally, students desirous of seeking admission for 1st year of the five-year law course and 1st year of the three-year law course must appear for the law CET examination conducted by the State CET Cell.
- In connection with the same, students should visit the website wwwmahacet.org from the month of January.
- Minimum qualification for appearing for the law CET examination is securing 45% marks for students of the open category, 40% marks for students of the SC and ST category, and 42% marks for students of the VJNT, SBC, and OBC category.
