NEF Law College, Guwahati Admission 2026: Dates, Fees, Eligibility, Cutoff & Application Form

NEF Law College admissions are offered at UG and PG level in the Department of Law. NEF Law College admission into the 5-year integrated programmes is given based on the NEF Law Entrance Test (NLET). Whereas NEF Law College LLB admission is given based on merit in the qualifying examination. 

LLM admission at NEF Law College is given based on the scores obtained by the students in the entrance exam conducted by Gauhati University. • Applicants should appear for the  NEF Law Entrance Test (NLET).

• Applicants are shortlisted on a merit basis.

• Applicants should appear for the NEF Law College counselling session.

• NEF Law College admission selection is based on the candidate's merit in the NEF Law Entrance Test (NLET). 

• The NEF Law College course fee should be paid by the students to get their NEF Law College seats reserved. 

• NEF Law College Admissions are confirmed only after the verification of the documents. 

NEF Law College LLB Admission Process 2025

• Applications are accepted from the students who fulfil the NEF Law College LLB admission criteria.

• The merit of the last qualifying examination is considered for the NEF Law College admissions.

A candidate appearing for NEF Law College admission to the LL.M must have an LLB five-year integrated degree in law from a recognised university with at least 50% aggregate marks (45% for SC/ST candidates).
