NEF Law College, Guwahati Admission 2025: Dates, Application Form, Courses, Fees & Eligibility

NEF Law College admissions are offered at UG and PG level in the Department of Law. NEF Law College admission into the 5-year integrated programmes is given based on the NEF Law Entrance Test (NLET). Whereas NEF Law College LLB admission is given based on merit in the qualifying examination. 

LLM admission at NEF Law College is given based on the scores obtained by the students in the entrance exam conducted by Gauhati University. • Online applications are accepted by the students who meet the NEF Law College UG admission requirements. 

• Applicants should appear for the  NEF Law Entrance Test (NLET).

• Applicants are shortlisted on a merit basis.

• Applicants should appear for the NEF Law College counselling session.

• NEF Law College admission selection is based on the candidate's merit in the NEF Law Entrance Test (NLET). 

• The NEF Law College course fee should be paid by the students to get their NEF Law College seats reserved. 

• NEF Law College Admissions are confirmed only after the verification of the documents. 

NEF Law College LLB Admission Process 2025

• Applications are accepted from the students who fulfil the NEF Law College LLB admission criteria.

• The merit of the last qualifying examination is considered for the NEF Law College admissions.

• NEF Law College counselling sessions should be attended by the students according to the merit list. 

• NEF Law College seats are reserved only after the NEF Law College course fee is paid.

A candidate appearing for NEF Law College admission to the LL.M must have an LLB five-year integrated degree in law from a recognised university with at least 50% aggregate marks (45% for SC/ST candidates).

• Applicants should appear for the entrance exam conducted by the Gauhati University.

• Based on the merit in the entrance exam, the NEF Law College counselling session should be attended by the shortlisted candidates.
