Nehru Arts and Science College has a pleasant campus with computer labs, smart classrooms, a library, Wi-Fi, and basic research facilities. I found the campus peaceful and suitable for postgraduate studies. However, I felt some computer systems and software could be upgraded to support the latest technologies and research work.

The M.Sc. Computer Science program helped me strengthen my knowledge of programming, data mining. artificial intelligence, software engineering, and database management. The faculty members were approachable and encouraged project work and seminars. However, I felt there could have been more focus on emerging technologies like cloud computing, cybersecurity, and machine learning through industry-led workshops.

Placement opportunities were fair but not exceptional for postgraduate students. Some IT companies visited the campus, but many students found jobs through off-campus recruitment or personal networking. i believe students who completed internships, certifications, and practical projects had a clear advantage during the hiring process.

The course offered good value for money because the fee structure was reasonable, and the academic environment was supportive. I gained strong theoretical knowledge and practical skills. However, students aiming for high-paying product-based companies should be prepared to develop additional technical skills independently.

Campus life was enjoyable and balanced

The college has good infrastructure and amenities. They are all well maintained and professional. The hostels are also very hygienic and relaxing. Classrooms, libraries and all are also good. Overall the infrastructure is above average

The academic part is also favorable. The faculties are well educated and friendly. They teach very well and also are available at any time to help us. Subject are manageable to study and not hectic at all.

The placements are also good. Companies like jaro education, HP, Cognizant, Pricol and many more came for placements this year. I myself got placed in Jaro Education with a package of 7.5 LPA which is pretty good.

The fees for each sem is around 25-30 k which is affordable i think.. So i dont think its not worth the money.. It definitely is and also I have placed in a good company so its definitely worth it.

The campus life is awesome. The people i met and made friends with are the real reason for my happiness. We have participated and organised many events in the college like college day, festember and so many more.. 3 years i had here are the best years in my life.
