    Master of Education (M.Ed) is a two-year, full-time postgraduate course approved by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) and offered by the Tamil Nadu Teachers Education University, Chennai.


    Eligibility Criteria

    A candidate shall be eligible for admission into the course leading to the Degree of Master of Education (M.Ed.), provided that

    • The candidate passed a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from a University in Tamil Nadu or a degree of some other University accepted by the Syndicate of the Universities in Tamil Nadu as equivalent there to.

    Admission Details

    The selection process shall include an assessment of the candidate’s knowledge in B.Ed. course, aptitude, general intelligence/ reasoning, knowledge of current events and affairs, and communication skills.
