- The cut-offs for the general category usually range between 45 to 55%, and between 40 to 50% for SC/ST.
- There is no upper age limit.

Admission shall be made on merit based on marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/or in the entrance examination or any other selection process as per the policy of the state government/U.T. Administration and the university.
