Yes definitely dear student Karnataka need do have 15% all India quota seats . Students with higher rank in NEET and higher marks which must be secured by the students to get admission in this particular state.  These students will get admission under 15% all India quota.

The admission to BAMS courses will be held on the basis of NEET scores .
Admission to BAMS courses is done in only Ayurvedic colleges which is affiliated to the respective universities, which are permitted by Department of AYUSH, Union Government of India.
