388 isn't n appropriate score to get a college through All India quota. Through all India quota the cutoffs are usually higher and that is why any score at least less than 590 or 600 out of 720 is less. Even for Dental, you need to secure at least 550

As you have not mentioned your category so here answer is given on assuming the category as general. So based on your rank previous year college cut off it is very difficult to get seat in any government college, but for private college seat their are many options

If your query is regarding NEET 15% AIQ counselling candidates who have not registered for round 1 of counselling are not eligible to participate in round 2 of counselling. So you need to register for round 1 of counselling if you want to participate in NEET 15% AIQ counselling
