Master of Education (M.Ed) is a two-year full-time postgraduate course approved and offered by Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University, Kanpur, and approved by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE)


Eligibility Criteria

A Candidate seeking admission to the M.Ed. the programme should have obtained at least 50% marks or an equivalent grade in the following programmes.

(i) B.Ed

(ii) BA B.Ed, B.ScB.Ed

(iii) B.El.Ed        

(iv) D.El.Ed with an undergraduate degree (with 50% marks in each)


Admission Details

Admission shall be on merit basis of marks obtained in the qualifying examination and or in the entrance examination or any other selection process as per the policy of State Government/UT administration and the University.
