The college has a cafeteria, It serves the food at non-profitable rates. Great emphasis is laid on hygiene, quality, and cleanliness of the food which is staffed by experienced and skilled cooks. Healthy snacks, meals, a variety of rice, tea, coffee, and cool drinks are available. The stationery items are also available. The cafeteria is available to students at recess and lunchtime on all working days. The students find it the most suitable place to relax and discuss topics of their interest during leisure time.

The College Campus Library is a treasure house of knowledge and information. It started its function with a vision to serve the information needs of its users and it mainly holds books related to arts, science, and allied subjects. The library serves as a rich workspace for students to do research and reference. The library is located on the second floor with an area of 2,500 square feet. The library has numerous collections of volumes of textbooks, reference books literature, management, national and international journals, backup volumes, and audio-video materials. PCAS Library is open and accessible for students and staff members on all working days between 9:00 AM and 4:30 PM. The College has Computer labs that are well-equipped and cater to the needs of academic programs. Lab access is available to students daily. The ratio of computers to the student is 1:1. Students can make their practical, presentations, seminar reports, and computer projects themselves in the lab. It provides state-of-the-art computing facilities to the students supported by high-speed LAN with the internet.
