To the best of my belief,I don't think that is possible.

Switching streams in CBSE will require you to repeat class 11th in the stream that you choose for,its great since you get to learn all the basics but not worth your time.

However,you can instead switch boards,you can leave CBSE and go for your state board,they normally do allow that but its the best to check with your respective state board.

If you are just frustated that you werent able to study for 11th,just calm down,the workload shift from 10th to 11th is a lot and not everyone gets to match with it,you can learn from it and manage your time wisely in 12th.

If there is any other reason,lack of passion for instance,please go for it no matter what.If you don't do it today,chances are that you might regret it throughout your life .
