36 MonthsThis is a full time three year course affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, Bhopal and approved by AICTE.
Maximum 10 percent seats over and above the sanctioned intake in each branch of previous academic year shall be available for admission through lateral entry scheme for Diploma holders and Science Graduates (with Mathematics) for admission in Second Year (Third Semester) of the Engineering Courses offered by the Institute.
Eligibility Criteria
All candidates who have passed Diploma in relevant branch or Degree in Science (B.Sc.) with Mathematics from an AICTE/ UGC approved Institute with a minimum of 50% aggregate (40% for SC/ST/OBC (excluding creamy layer).
Candidates who are appearing in final year examination may also appear in the Common Entrance Test but shall be given admission only, if they have passed the final year examination with minimum qualification.
Admission Details
Directorate of Technical Education, Madhya Pradesh, governs admission to all Lateral Entry seats. Candidates seeking admissions in all branches of Engineering have to appear in the Common Entrance Test for Lateral Entry Students conducted by Professional Examination Board, MP (Vyapam: www.vyapam.nic.in). The students will then have to appear in the Online Off Campus Counseling conducted by Directorate of Technical Education, MP. The seats left vacant thereafter, shall be filled by College Level Counseling conducted in presence of DTE Nominee.
