The college library is an academic library and an integral part of Puthimari College, which was established in 1981 and has been serving its users from its Inception. Presently, the library is full of more than 16800 text and reference books, 13 periodicals, and 6 regional and national Newspapers. It follows the open access system National Newspaper. It follows an open access system and uses software (an integrated library management software) developed by INFLIBNET Centre, Gandhi Nagar, Ahmedabad for automation of the Library. The books and borrowers' cards are Barcoded, and the issue system is fully Barcoded. The library is providing various services to its users and trying to expand the wings of its services. 

The college has good networking for the alumni association.
