The course is designed to develop an understanding of the intricate functions of internal and external environments affecting business operations.

College Infrastructure
The infrastructure of RA Podar Institute of Management is moderate . The classrooms are well-maintained and equipped with projectors and basic facilities. The library provides good resources for management studies. While the campus is not very large and some modern amenities could be improved, the overall environment is suitable for academic and extracurricular growth.
