Radha Govind College of Education is an affiliate of DBS and has approval from the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). It was established in 2015 at Moradabad in Uttar Pradesh, India. This college has a total student intake of 199 and a faculty strength of 16 members, thereby availing a stimulating learning environment for aspiring educators and professionals. This institution offers 7 courses according to 7 degree courses, B.Ed, D.El.Ed, M.Sc, B.Pharma, B.Com, and B.Sc, so as to cater to all the different spectrums of academic interests.

The undergraduate courses offered in this college are Arts (BA), Science (B.Sc), Commerce (B.Com), and Pharmacy (B.Pharma), while the postgraduate course is designed in Science (M.Sc).
