Admission to all these M.V.Sc programmes is based on a weighted score derived from the examination marks of the B.V.Sc programme (80%) and the performance of the PG Entrance Examination (20%). In order to qualify for admission into the M.V.Sc programme, students have to score a composite minimum of 50% from the two marks of B.V.Sc and PGEE.
The quality of education imparted is good, with regular annual exams (theory and practical) being held on a yearly basis. The curriculum followed is on the basis of MSVE 2016 regulation. Chances of landing a job after completing the course depends a lot on the aptitude of the student.
