The College gymnasium room has been included in the sports/games room, and all the equipment facilitating this requirement is properly managed.

The college's central library of the college is situated in the middle of the college campus on the 1st Floor. At present, it has a total collection of 10,758 books, Journals, Textbooks, Reference books, E-resources, Audio- audio-visual resources, CDs / DVDs, News, newspapers, Employment News, etc. The common room is available in the college for reading Newspapers, Magazines, Journals, and other serious studies.

The college has four Table Tennis tables of international standards. Other popular sports include athletics, cricket, kho-kho, volleyball, and carom. The college has one multipurpose hall for playing indoor games.

The college has an excellent IT Infrastructure for the students. Twenty-three (25) Computers are installed in the college in various departments, including in the Principal’s office and the office of the attendant. All are fully upgraded with updated Windows operating software and the latest edition of MS Office, with suitably installed RAM and 500 GB of hard drives. All Computers are connected with Wi-Fi for online services and searches. Additionally, three (03) laptops/notebooks are available in the college for faculty to work out various co-curricular activities.

The college has a canteen facility for staff and students. The college has a properly managed canteen on the college campus. An area/room for the canteen services is made accessible to the canteen personnel. The inexpensive and nutritious edible items could be purchased from the canteen.

The institution has one auditorium with all the necessary equipment and facilities maintained in it. The speaker, projector, screen, and audio-visual technology are present in the auditorium for a seminar, cultural, and departmental council-related academic activities.

The college has purchased new equipment for these courses for practical events during class hours. Recently, in 2014-15, the Department of Chemistry installed the LPG pipeline for practical, and the Department of Home Science purchased an electronic oven, an induction cooktop, and replaced the refrigerator with a newer one.

The College health center facility is available in the college, especially for first aid, nonetheless, the emergency is managed by the off-campus service, especially by the district hospital.

Among the various co-curricular activities that are not only highly popular among youth but also enjoy a national stature and character are NSS is associated with social service. NSS is a voluntary association of young people in Colleges, Universities, and at +2 levels working for a campus-community linkage. National Service Scheme (NSS) stands for social service, unity, and integration.

Ramabai Govt. Girls P.G. College, Akbarpur has two units of NSS of 200 volunteers and has applied for a unit of NCC (Girls wing). NSS volunteers undergo various activities for social service, hygiene, health, care, and campus development throughout the session. Fifty percent of the volunteers undergo a seven-day camp each year. After the successful completion of one year of training, volunteers get a certificate from the university. This certificate entitles them to weigh age in the selection procedure of their further academic courses.
