48 MonthsBachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Civil Engineering is a four-year full-time undergraduate program recognized by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and offered by IK Gujral Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar.
Eligibility Criteria
All those candidates who have passed the 10+2 examination from a board recognized or established by Central/State Government through a legislation with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the following subjects:-
1.Chemistry
2. Biotechnology
3. Biology
4. Computer Science / Technical Vocational Subject.
If the seats of B.Tech. (Bio-Technology) remain vacant after the central counselling the seat may be filled with the candidates having following qualification also:-
10+2 with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with one of the following subjects:-
1. Mathematics
2. Biotechnology
3. Biology
4. Computer Science / Technical Vocational Subject
OR
Those candidates who have passed diploma in any Engineering Trade from Punjab State Board of Technical Education & Industrial Training, Chandigarh or Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology, Longowal (SLIET), or any such examination from any other recognized State Board of Technical Education.
OR
The candidates who have passed two years certificate course from Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology, Longowal (SLIET) shall be eligible.
Admission Details
1.JEE (Main) Rank merit.
2.Three-Year Diploma merit after exhausting JEE (Main) Rank Candidates.
3.Two Year Certificate Course of SLIET merit after exhausting above Diploma Merit.
4.10+2 Merit after exhausting JEE (Main) Rank & Diploma Candidates.
