The college has a boys’ hostel facility, which provides good hostel accommodation for the students. Each hostel has a healthy atmosphere for the students, who are far away from their parents. Each hostel has an activity center, common room, reading room, dining room with a mess, canteen till late hours, and other basic amenities like hot water supply in winter.

Rayat Bahra Institute of Management Hoshiarpur also offers a separate hostel for outstation girls. The hostels provide all the amenities required for a comfortable stay.

The college has an adequate number of classrooms equipped with modern teaching and training aids, with an air conditioning facility. All the modern classroom facilities, like a whiteboard, a  Screen, a Flannel board, and all necessary Audiovisual equipment, are available.

The college has well well-equipped and fully air-conditioned First aid center available on campus with well-trained medical support staff. Reputed doctors are available on call, and for Hostellers, it is available for 22 hours. An emergency vehicle is also available around the clock.

The college cafeteria is a favorite haunt for students and faculty members. This is the place where teachers and students can interact with each other in an informal setting. Therefore, they have constructed the canteen over a large area and furnished it as a comfort zone for our students and faculty members.

The college has good facilities for sports as well as recreational activities. The Institution has top sports facilities including a Tennis Court, Basketball Courts, Badminton Courts, Volleyball Courts, Carom, and Chess.

The College has a Gym facility. There is a separate gym for the boys and girls with the latest machines for their workout. Free weights, nautilus, universal, and cardiovascular machines are available, and a fitness attendant is on duty at all times. This fitness center is only available to those living in hostels.

The College Library offers an exhaustive variety of books encompassing fundamental aspects of Management as well as various specializations of the discipline, viz. Marketing, Finance, and Human Resource Management and enriched with the collection of classical literature. Apart from these, the books on the role of management in everyday life, Time Management, Business, and Entrepreneurship enrich the collection of the library.

The college  Mess is situated on the premises of the Institution, and sufficient care is taken to ensure that healthy and wholesome food is served to all the students. Mess serves breakfast, lunch, evening tea, and dinner every day, and the weekly menu is available with the mess in charge; the menu is made by the students, and the cuisine is changed twice a month.

The college has Motive of the placement cell is to act as a facilitator to arrange campus visits and coordinate the recruitment process of the prospective employers of graduating students of the college.
