Hello.
After completing the BAMS course, one can pursue his/her career in government hospitals, dispensaries, ayurveda hospitals, teaching jobs, etc. The Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery (BAMS) is offered by many public and private colleges and institutes in India. The duration of BAMS is 5½ years to 6½ years
In BAMS there is no such cutoff criteria as compared to MBBS and Dental courses. The admission in BAMS is easy for you as you have got quite good marks. You can apply for the MBBS or Dental courses also. You can get the seat in BAMS in good college
hey , although this year's cutoff for neet went very high and even the students scoring above 500 suffered from not getting their desired college. But ,when we talk about BAMS , for some top colleges the cutoff is above 450 but most of the colleges kept their cutoff at above
Hello Jayalaxmi,
I'm sorry to inform you that your NEET score is a little low for admission into a government college for BAMS course.
Even though you belong to the OBC category, the cut-off marks for OBC in government colleges for BAMS is 400+ marks. The cut-off varies every year
