As you know admission to government medical colleges is based on NEET marks is done under two categories-All India quota(15%) and state quota(85%).
With 219 marks and UR category , you might not get any government college through All India quota or

As your neet rank is very high it would be tough task for you to get a seat in a government medical college even at state quota .Also since you haven't mentioned any category I will.assume that you are a general category student.

You have scored low and so you will not get any government college in Kerala as the Cutoff has increased this year. You have chances of getting a management quota seat in self funded colleges in Kerala.

Sorry you can't be able to get admission in a government medical College with this marks in SC category. You need to score atleast 450 marks for get a government medical College for MBBS and BDS in dental college. You have also difficult to get bhms and BMS with this
