Sir i am sachin i got 68.92%in maharashtra stateboard in hsc and in NEET i got (78)mark can i qualify or eligible for BAMS?

Your NEET marks are so less, that you have not even cleared the Cut-Off criteria for NEET, this means you have not passed NEET exam.
Minimum Cut-Off for different categories :

Unreserved (UR) - 701-134
Unreserved Physically Handicapped (UR-PH) - 133-120
Scheduled Caste (SC)- 133-107
Scheduled Tribe (ST)-

You have secured great rank. There is no specific cut off for the courses BHMS\BAMS.

The seat allocation differs from college to college. But the general process is -

Students have to apply for the required colleges and in the counselling rounds according to merit seats are allocated.

If you belong to general category, then it becomes difficult to get government BAMS college or any other government aided medical college with this score.

Since the merit list is quiet high this year, and the chances are low for the general category students with marks lower than 400
