Well 292 is a less score for getting into any good government college. Till last year for bams minimum marks students required were 300. This year this score is likely to  increase too. So there is less chance but still we don't have 100% authorised information whether you will

It totally depends on your category and the state you're expecting to take admission in. A safe score to get a seat in all India level should be 400 least. But if you have a decent rank in your state or state you're willing to apply , you can consider
