I scored 170 marks in neet & I am from OBC category. Can I will getting admission in MBBS or BAMS in gov. Or private college.

I am sorry to tell you but 170 marks is very low for obc category , so you will not get a seat neither in government medical college, nor in private medical colleges or also not in BAMS .
I suggest you to prepare again for neet.
