If you want to get admission in government college for MBBS then you have to score atleast 500 marks if you belong to general category and atleast 450 marks for dental college. Now you have got some less marks in respect of cutoff so you are not eligible
It would be tough to tell you the cutoff 2018 for BAMS programme in Karnataka now so I would suggest you to wait till it officially announced.

The cutoff for all these colleges is always based on different factors like category, difficulty of the paper, no of the students have written and so on.
