You can surely apply for BAMS in different universities, taking the eligibility criteria into account. You have qualified NEET 2019, so you can get admission easily in BAMS.
However, government colleges usually require 400+ marks for BAMS admission. You should fill the application form for sure though. Also, apply for semi private and some private universities by analyzing past cutoffs and merit lists.
