You havent mentioned which Category you belong to. Neverthless, 432 seems a decent score if you belong to Reserved Categories. Even if you belong to General Category, you might have a chance. You can even give it a try in Tamilnadu MBBS/BDS mop up round because more than 150 seats

Dear Praveen, to be honest, 215 marks are too less for a BAMS seat. This year the cut offs have gone way higher and the ranks have dominated the marks. Inspite of having SC reservation, any score.less than 350 cannot guarantee a BAMS seat. Sorry to disapppoint you but 215
