You havent mentioned which Category you belong to. Neverthless, 432 seems a decent score if you belong to Reserved Categories. Even if you belong to General Category, you might have a chance. You can even give it a try in Tamilnadu MBBS/BDS mop up round because more than 150 seats

Doesn't look possible this year as the competition in Maharashtra has went way high then expected. Every course cutoff has increased by almost 60-65 marks then the previous year cutoff since the number of candidates had increased and also the paper level was found easy comparatively. So you may try
