Yes for getting admission in Tamil Nadu BAMS they consider NEET all India Rank. Previously they used to conduct seperate exam now they are considering NEET rank and they made it compulsory.

As per the previous year cutoff according your score the chances are less to get a seat in the Government colleges for BAMS or BHMS programme also, you can try for the private colleges.
